  • Evaluation of glucose control, insulin sensitivity, and metabolic efficiency — foundational to preventing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cognitive decline.

    Key markers: Fasting Glucose, Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), Triglycerides:HDL Ratio.

  • Assessment of recovery capacity, resilience, and long-term vitality.

    Key markers may include: Total Testosterone, Sensitive Estradiol, DHEA-S, Morning Cortisol, FSH (female-specific), Testosterone:Cortisol Ratio (male-specific).
