How Your Movement Membership Works with Courses
All of our Small Group Classes are offered in monthly Course formats to provide consistency, progression, and a strong community experience.
Course Structure:
Courses run on a monthly cycle (approximately 4 weeks per Course).
4-week Courses: $160 without a membership
5-week Courses: $200 without a membership
Courses meet once weekly.
Membership Credits:
Membership credits can be applied to any eligible Course, giving you built-in savings compared to the non-member Course rates and the flexibility to join multiple Courses within your credit amount.
Minimum Enrollment:
A minimum of 6 participants is required per Course. If a Course doesn’t meet the minimum, you’ll have the option to choose another Course before the start date.
Signature Heels Dance Program
Take your skills to the next level with our Annual Heels Dance Program, designed for dancers (new to advanced level) who want to master heels-focused movement and grow over time.
Led by Stephanie, this program offers a comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes technique, artistry, and camera performance. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with guest instructors from the industry, adding fresh perspectives to your training.
Flexible Options for Newcomers
We offer 16-week program options for those looking to explore or deepen their skills in a shorter timeframe. These options meet once a week on Thursdays at 8:00 PM in studio, with specific start dates throughout the year to help you plan your schedule.
You can begin the Annual in any month and 16 Week Programs on any of the following start dates:
September 4 (2025), January 8, April 30, September 10 (2026).
